This 3 layer carrot cake is moist and dense with amazing flavour. We have been told by Diala of "Diala's Kitchen", you can follow her on Instagram, that this carrot cake is the best in the world! The icing is a smooth whipped cream cheese with a hint of fresh lemon and then we finish it off with toasted coconut around the cake.
